The
ReadyMax
Programmable
UV Flood
Curing System is best when used in small
batch applications where strict control over the process is required. It
can also be used with our
MotionCure UV
Conveyor System, although the conveyor is generally operated in
always on settings, with the
Economy UV
Flood Heads.

Features

The LCD display and digital keypad.

Programming of operations
are simple.

400-Watt metal halide lamp
(600 Watt is Optional).

Parabolic reflector illuminate an 8 x 6 inch curing area.

100mW/cm2 UVA light (320–390nm)
are standard.

/ 180-265 VAC input makes the Programmable flood easy to use anywhere in
the world.

Auto shutter
automatically reduces lamp power by one half when the
shutter is closed, to reduce excessive
heat and therefore increase life of system components, without the need to power
down.

left) has flared sides for tilt access with the front wrap

with a unit in the middle of a
counter or when total enclosure is required, without the expense of a curing
chamber. No tools
are required for the simple installation of the rear shield.
